The best tortillas, are fresh tortillas. We produce our tortillas - from nixtamalized Hawke's Bay maize - every Tuesday and Wednesday and ship throughout the week.
We produce enough to fulfil orders on a weekly basis, but sometimes have spares to ship daily. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know.
In most cases you'll receive your order in two to three days for non-rural.
Keep your tortillas refrigerated for extended life, and reseal well after opening.
