The best tortillas, are fresh tortillas. We produce our tortillas - from nixtamalized Hawke's Bay maize - every Tuesday and ship that afternoon. Cut-off for orders for the week is midday on the Monday.

In most cases you'll get your order on Wednesdays or Thursdays for non-rural.

We produce enough to fulfil orders on a weekly basis, but sometimes have spares to ship daily. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know.

Keep your tortillas refrigerated for extended life, and reseal well after opening.
