Fresh Masa (by the kilo)

Fresh masa dough from our nixtamalized Hawke's Bay maize.

Ground through volcanic stones, great for tamales, or making your own tortillas at home with a tortilla press; our fresh masa is good to go.

1kg makes about 30 of our large tortillas.

Our masa is shipped vacuum sealed. To return it to the best version of itself, give a mix or a knead for a few minutes.

Shipped on Tuesday afternoons only, fresh is best.
